Bio: Mr. Trail spent over 30 years working for the national leading Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) as a project/construction manager and team leader. Upon his retirement, Mike joined the contractor side of our industry with Midas Utilities. Further diversifying the understanding of the construction industry Mike currently is a leading manager with Gannett Fleming.
