Not Receiving CMAA Emails?

Your email provider may be blocking them!
CMAA Baltimore Chapter uses Constant Contact to send out mass emails to the Chapter. We’ve noticed lately that several members of the Chapter are not receiving email notifications. We’ve determined the most likely cause of this issue is because email providers are blocking the emails because they are automated, not sent directly by an actual person. There is a fix to this. Just follow the steps below:

1. Make sure you are on our mailing list. To do so, scroll to the bottom of this page and fill out the “Join Our Mailing List” form. This will add you to our General Interest category so you will receive emails about upcoming events, awards, scholarships, etc. On average we send about 5 emails per month.
2. Check your junk or spam email folder. Make sure the emails are not going to those folders. If they are, moving them to your inbox will usually ensure all future emails also go to your inbox so you won’t miss them anymore.
3. Add the following domains (exactly as typed) to your safe sender list through your email provider:

*@*.constantcontact.com
*@a.rs6.net
*@constantcontact.com
*@files.constantcontact.com
*@files.ctctcdn.com
*@files.ctctusercontent.com
*@in.constantcontact.com
*@r20.rs6.net
*@rs6.net
*@s3.amazon.com
