2022 Scholarship Application

2022 CMAA Baltimore Chapter Scholarship Application

The CMAA Baltimore Chapter is proud to announce the opening of the 2022 CMAA Baltimore Chapter Scholarship Application process. This year, the Scholarship Application can be submitted entirely online using customized interactive forms. There are options for document uploads, for items such as official transcripts or academic schedules. There are also options for having Student/Regional Chapter Membership committees and Academic or Faculty Advisors sign and submit their portions of the application.

However, should your college or university require official transcripts to be mailed, that will be acceptable. We have planned for that scenario and also for the possibility that the Student/Regional Chapter Verification Form and the Academic/Faculty Advisor Evaluation Form may also need to be mailed instead of submitted electronically.

Below, on the left side of the page, you will find three links. The top one is the guideline for filling out the application. It includes helpful hints to ensure your application is successful. It also includes the contact information for the Scholarship Committee Chair, Carl Reimer, CCM, so that all physical mailings and questions regarding the application can be addressed.

Below that link are printable versions of the Student/Regional Chapter Verification Form and the Academic/Faculty Advisor Evaluation Form so that they may be filled out, signed, and directly mailed to the Scholarship Committee Chair.

**Remember, submissions are due by May 20, 2022!**

Good luck on your Scholarship Application. We wish you all the best!
